1. Serve as assistant of Program Director and Deputy Program Director.
2. Use a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Power point,
Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain
presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases.
3. Liaise with colleagues and external contacts to book travel and accommodation.
4. Organize and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
5. Maintain office systems.
6. Book rooms and conference facilities.
7. Attend meetings, take minutes and keep notes.
8. Manage and maintain administrative budgets, as well as invoice.
9. Liaise with staff in other departments and with external contacts.
10. Order and maintain stationery and equipment.
11. Sort and distribute incoming post and organize and send outgoing post.
12. Photocopy and print various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues.
13. Organize Program Director's agenda.
14. Make translation from Arabic to English and vice versa of all required communications
The ideal candidate should hold a university degree and over 7 years experience or 12
years of relevant experience in his field.
The ideal candidate should be very fluent in reading, writing and speaking the Arabic and
English languages and very proficient in translations.
The ideal candidate should be very good in typing and using computer and good in
keeping documentation and archiving.
