•Receiving incoming messages in any form (email - fax - verbally) and ensuring that they complete the content and present them to the office manager, then follow up on what is directed to the concerned party internally or externally.
•Preparing all correspondence in professional manner and communicating them to the concerned party internally or externally.
•Managing and coordinating the office manager’s internal and external appointments.
•Managing the reception of visitors to the office manager’s office in line with the office manager’s work schedule and according to importance and priority.
•Archiving manual or electronic, of all documents of the office manager’s office according to the classification and the mechanism agreed upon with the office manager, in order to facilitate preservation and ease of reference.
•Ensure the complete confidentiality of all information received and issued by the Office Manager and ensure that it is not passed on or shared without authorization and guidance from the office Manager.
Proffered: Female, Saudi National
Education: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration preferred.
Experience: 3 year in same field.
