Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Executive Secretary at Fantazia Events Management located in Abu Dhabi. As an Executive Secretary, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to executives by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports and correspondence.
Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings, conferences etc.
Attend meetings and keep minutes Receive and phone calls and redirect them when appropriateHandle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Prepare invoices, Quote and financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Fluency in English and Arabic optional is required
MS Office and “back-office” software ERP)In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting
