The Role and Responsibilities
* Experienced Debt Remedial Associate - In-depth knowledge and practical on:
Well-groomed and presented, daily punctuality, healthy, fit, positive and have a great attitude.
High level of professionalism when dealing with UAE Bank customers.
Experienced in UAE Commercial Banking - SME + Business Commercial Liabilities.
Ability and experience to apply the soft-skill Debt Remedial tools and techniques, with customers.
Excellent all-round communication in Arabic and English.
Deep Searchi Tracing, exceptional resourcing levels, including above average Social Media skills.
Professional level of Excel Spreadsheet navigation, tools and techniques
Can follow the ‘Code of Conduct' and Compliance Protocol.
Open to learning, gaining more experience, ongoing training and mentorship.
Track record of meeting Monthly Targets.
Agency experience and background in Recoveries, especially vintage.
Can work independently, with minimal management, as we do not micro-manage.
Efficiency in extracting and presenting professional Reports as per the requirement.
Excellent mediation, negotiation and closing skills in Recovery.
Attention to detail, minimal room for error.
