• Resolves customer problems by interacting with concerned parties on behalf of the company and notifies higher authorities if needed
• Co-ordination and follow up with operations for smooth and successful completion of jobs without ‘zero’ customer grievance and complaints
• Vendor payments to be approved and [assed to accounts for all shipments except port dues and transportation bill
• Follow up with customer on their loading plan
• Sending loading confirmation for other shipping lines
• Sending manifest and draft for our line
• Online SI submission for sea shipments
• Preparing draft, follow up with the customer and getting their confirmation on the draft on time
• For sea shipment, follow up with customer get their invoice and packing list and arrange to pass the
• Follow up with the shipping lines, get their invoice, cross check the charges with our job file, pass the line invoices to our accounts, get the cheque from accounts and arrange for OBL collection
• Dispatching the OBL along with our invoices to the customer on time
• Maintaining the export file
Education a Work Experience Requirements:
• Graduate any discipline
• 3 years export doentation experience
• Diploma in Expo is an added advantage
Key Skills:
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Office (Excel & Word)
• Export Doentation
• Good Communication & Coordination skills
• Ability to multi-task and function under pressure
• Should be flexible and have proactive approach to workload
