Al Barakah Dates Factory is looking for an EXPORT Sales Executive to join our growing company in Dubai. As a Export Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in promoting our products and services to clients, both new and existing, and cultivating strong business relationships. We are seeking an individual who is agile, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Sales Cycle Management:
Actively work towards achieving sales and margin targets, white space goals, and cost of sales objectives.
2. Analytics & Business Development:
Utilize company-provided tools and business intelligence to analyze data and identify opportunities, creating actionable plans for growth.
3. Relationship Management:
Foster and maintain excellent relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including Salesforce, customers, and suppliers.
4. Negotiation and Sales Closure:
Skillfully negotiate agreement terms and successfully close sales deals.
5. Market Monitoring and Reporting:
Keep a vigilant eye on potential collaborators and competitors, identifying both business threats and opportunities.
6. Compliance:
Adhere to HACCP & ISO procedures at all times, ensuring product quality and safety.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
1. Technical Proficiency:
Proficient in software packages
2. Education and Experience:
A colle diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of 2-3 years of related experience a training, or a combination of education and experience.
3. Sales Experience:
A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in customer-associated export sales.
4. Product Knowledge:
Familiarity with food product lines and a similar customer base is a plus.
