Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge, Developing Budgets, Staffing, inventory, and stock management, developing new customers, forecasting, planning, and implementation.
Job Responsibilities:
Export Sales Manager must determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing Sales strategies; analyzing trends and results.
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Implements export sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
Completes export sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Maintains sales team by selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Maintains sales team job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Attending international trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings on behalf of the company.
Extend sales of the company product in the international market.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking.
Find a new buyer in different countries managing overseas clients, including product sales and service.
Interacting with local bodies for smooth functioning of the business operations.
Negotia deals and handle complain.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience handling export markets like GCC, Middle East, North, and South America for Food, Disposable, and FMCG markets.
Must have a valid GCC driving license.
Master’s degree in business administration or in a related field.
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
