Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze tender doents, specs, and drawings for accurate estimates.
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Prepare and submit timely, accurate tender proposals.
Develop detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.
Conduct site visits for precise estimations.
Use estimation software and tools.
Oversee pre-contract and post-contract estimation processes.
Assist in budget and financial plan preparation.
Monitor and adjust project costs.
Collaborate with project management, procurement, finance, and operations teams.
Provide guidance to junior estimators.
Liaise with clients to meet their requirements.
Participate in client meetings and presentations.
Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
4-8 years of experience in tendering and estimation for facilities management projects in the UAE.
Valid UAE driving license.
