Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator with 1–2 years of experience in electrical engineering to oversee and manage the efficient functioning of building systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will coordinate HVAC, electrical, and plumbing works, assign tasks to teams, and ensure timely resolution of maintenance and repair activities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Team Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to manage HVAC, electrical, and plumbing maintenance tasks.
- Assign teams to specific jobs based on the nature and urgency of the task.
- Ensure proper communication between stakeholders to maintain workflow efficiency.

2. Maintenance Oversight
- Inspect, monitor, and report on the condition of electrical systems and related infrastructure.
- Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols.

3. Work Scheduling
- Prepare and manage daily and weekly schedules for the facilities maintenance teams.
- Prioritize and escalate urgent repair requests as needed.

4. Technical Support
- Utilize electrical engineering knowledge to troubleshoot and diagnose system issues.
- Provide technical insights and solutions to improve system performance and reduce downtime.

5. Reporting and Doentation
- Prepare detailed reports on maintenance activities, issues resolved, and outstanding tasks.
- Maintain records of equipment performance, service history, and contractor work.

6. Quality Assurance
- Conduct post-repair inspections to ensure work quality meets standards.
- Implement measures to improve service efficiency and reduce operational disruptions.


Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in facilities management or a similar role.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems is essential.
- Proficiency in maintenance scheduling software is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
