A beverages factory located in New Industrial St. 29 Doha Qatar is looking for Junior Accountant Secretary urgently.
A junior accountant's duties include posting journal entries, updating financial statements, maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable, paying monthly payroll, and preparing financial reports. Provides support to the accounting department by handling general accounting tasks on a daily basis. Their primary duties include preparing financial statements, issuing receipts and invoices and updating the financial database.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos and forms
Develop and maintain a filing system
Manage database entry and client files
Assist with bookkeeping, presentations, reports, emails and letters
File and update contact information of clients, employees, suppliers and partners
Doesnt expenses and financial information
Implement and develop office procedures
Maintain confidential information, file and store them accordingly
•Knowledge of Accounting Practices. Proficiency in Accounting Software.
Ability to Prepare Financial Statements. Knowledge of General Business Practices.
Accounting Organizational Skills Time Management Skills.
Formal qualification in office administration, secretarial work, or related training.
•3-5 years of experience as an would be advantageous.
•Advanced proficiency in managing doents, spreadsheets, and databases.
•Ability to liaise internally and externally on administrative matters.
•Exceptional filing, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
•Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
•Proficiency in appointment scheduling and call forwarding systems.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
