Brief
The candidate will be responsible for sales and marketing in the F&B industry in UAE. This is initially a short term contract which can eventually become a full time contract based on performance.
The candidate is responsible for selling a variety of products that include but not limited to condiments, seasonings and marinades among many others. The client segment includes but not limited to direct consumer and businesses, private orders and B2B in the form of restaurants and casual dining.
Job Description
1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking. Arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
3. Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
4. Maintain follow-up and develop relationships with customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
5. Gather feedback from custome and use this to better market the product line.
6. Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
7. Create weekly reviews and reports to ensure objectives are being met.
8. Able to critically evaluate your personal performance and aim to exceed sale targets.
9. Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by company management.
Requirements
1. Bachelors Degree / Masters, or similar; Commerce, Sales and Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration or any relevant courses.
2. Hold a UAE driver's license and own vehicle is preferred. This is not mandatory.
3. Have a minimum of 3 years' F & B experience in sales in U.A.E. market.
4. Fluency in English is mandatory. Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog is a bonus.
5. Proficient in MS Office applicatio and PowerPoint.
6. Able to determine and prioritize tasks under minimum supervision.
Salary & Benefits:
1. This is a Commission-Only position with a high commission structure on all new sales and repeat orders.
2. Monthly fuel allowance provided to candidates with a UAE license and vehicle.
3. Remote working with flexible timings.
Candidates with relevant experience will only be shortlisted.
