Role- Female Chef DE Partie for Hot Kitchen
Job Location- Abu Dhabi
Salary- Salary Plus Single Accommodation Plus Air Tickets once in a year plus medical Insurance plus company sponsored employment VISA.
We are looking for an experienced and qualified Chef De Partie who has experience in HOT kitchen mainly with International Cuisine experience.
Responsibilities:
Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities
Construct menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings
Approve and “polish” dishes before they reach the customer
Plan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortages
Arrange for repairs when necessary
Remedy any problems or defects
Oversee the work of subordinates
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between co-workers
Requirements:
Proven experience as Chef De Partie
Should be ready to move to Abu Dhabi if selected
Should have experience in HOt Kitchen
Should have experience in International cuisines
