Zen Film Productions is a Dubai based boutique film and video production SME that focuses on creating and curating content ranging from films, corporate videos, music videos and more for Middle Eastern and Asian markets. We are currently scouting for an agile Production Assistant (PA) to assist our female CEO, a renowned Dubai based director, producer and public figure, and the female in-house team in admin, clerical and other duties as we prepare to produce our psych thriller series for OTT.
Work timings are 9.30AM-7.30PM ±, although work hours are not fixed and can go beyond the stipulated working hours due to shoots, meetings, events etc.
We are looking for a Dubai based individual who can:
Assist and accompany the CEO at her home, office, shoots for home-based, clerical duties (this could include grocery shopping, medicine running errands, book-keeping, administering medication) or coordination duties.
Assist in the creation of key production and business dev doents such as filming Reels or social media videos, business proposals, pitch decks and call sheets
Procure or communicate information or items required for shoots, media activities and other events
Speak and write advanced level English
Work with a team in commercial a flexible working arrangements e.g. home office, co-working spaces in Al Barsha area (you will be expected to make the commute to BARSHA)
Experience in sales, film or events management is a plus.
