We are looking for a Female HR Assistant to join our Human Resources department. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team and assisting with recruitment and onboarding activities. You will also be responsible for maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and preparing reports.
Responsibilities:
Assist in recruiting and onboarding activities, including interviewing candidates and preparing employment contracts
Maintain employee records in accordance with legal requirements
Process payroll accurately and on time
Prepare reports on employee attendance, absences, and other HR data as required
Assist in the resolution of employee grievances
Respond to inquiries from employees regarding HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Participate in special projects as required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
At least 1 year of experience working in an HR role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations regarding employment law
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
