Job Description

Abu Dhabi Based Company Requires a FEMALE office Admin who is able to do the following:
Handling the front office, Handling incoming calls and direct them to appropriate departments and take accurate and complete messages, Order and Manage the Office Stationery and other supplies, Manage the routine Office Administrative duties, Maintain a filing system.
Qualifications and Skills Required: Science degr (hardware & troubleshooting), Holding MCSC (Microsoft certified solutions expert) is an extra point, Computer Knowledge is a must, Good knowledge, and experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Good knowledge and experience with Outlook, Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
