This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Secretary for Operation Manager located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Personal Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative support to the operation manager to ensure the smooth operation of the company. The Personal Secretary will manage the manager's schedule, arrange meetings, communicate with clients and vendors, and perform other tasks as requested by the manager.
At least a high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in a similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
