Conduct individual and group fitness training sessions (HIIT, Bootcamps, Cardio, Strength, and Core)
Evaluate clients’ fitness levels and health conditions
Build group exercise programs
Explain exercises in detail and suggest alternatives if needed
Instruct and motivate clients
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the room and equipment
Actively marketing and promoting other group fitness classes and programs
Track progress of clients
Conduct training for children
+5 years of work experience as a Personal Trainer
Bachelor’s degree in Sport science or relevant field
Professional certification required (ACE, ACSM, AFAA, ISSA, NASM or equivalent)
Knowledge in a variety of Group Fitness classes
Able to work in flexible timing
Excellent communication skills
Teamwork
Current C and First Aid Certifications Required
REPs certification mandatory
