Reporting to: General Manager and Managing Director.
Role Description & Responsibility (including but not limited to):
As Photo & videographer, you are responsible for creating images and videos to boost the MKP Brand in the Beauty market of UAE. You are required to create content for commercial purposes, short videos and pictures for social media flat such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube & Facebook. The job of a photo & videographer is to capture moments in time that would otherwise be lost forever. This requires them to have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of composition and lighting.
Core Tasks
•Producing pho content for different marketing mediu
•Photo shooting brand products and company events and activities
•Editing of Raw Images in Photoshop
•Work both on and off-site
•Create Content for the shooting
•Adhere to the company's brand guidelines
•Visualize production scripts, briefs, understand company requirements to produce great results
•Setup and capture great shots to fulfil the brief. Capture studio-quality video and photograph
•Editing pho projects using editing software such as Adobe Suite and Photoshop (Dialogue cutting, editing consultant and trouble-shooter)
•Knowledgeable in visual effects
•Data wrangling
•Planning and booking shoots with the team to capture special events or moments in time
Profile
•Experience in Beauty Photography is a plus
•Experience in camera operation, DSLR & digital video cameras, sound equipment and the overall production process are essential.
•Tech-savvy, with considerable knowledge of aud equipment, hardware, software, troubleshooting, and techniques used in video production & editing.
•Highly proficient in editing with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop
•Highly Creative, Multi-talented, and has knowledge of storytelling
•Knowledgeable in content creation
•Experience in camera operation, DSLR & digital video cameras, sound equipment and the overall production process is essential
•Knowledge of safe work practices, particularly lighting and manual handling.
•Creative with an extraordinary eye for detail
•Excellent communication skills are essential
•Enthusiastic, Creative & self-motivated and able to work independently
•Work well under pressure to meet deadlines, including working out of office hours and occasionally on weekends
•Good team player
•Flexible with good initiative able to deal with ambiguity (asking the right questions, anticipating needs, being resourceful and preparing for several outcomes.)
•Responsible and able to deliver an outstanding level of service
Experien
•2 Year minimum experience in the field of Photography and Videography
•Dexterity for handling cameras and equipment.
•Setting up and taking down equipment.
•Good editing & creative skills
•To be familiar with the latest technology to ensure that can use the most efficient tools to complete their work.
•Being able to move around to achieve the perfect shot.
Requirements
•Interest in social media video trends, skills and aesthetics and experience designing for mobile
•Previous experience in social media photo & videography is mandatory.
•The position is open to female candidates only.
•Must be proficient in digital video editing techniques and systems, including the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop
