Looking for a vibrant individual with Real Estate sales experience who is dedicated and experienced in the Real Estate Industry in UAE. The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent communication, negotiation, and strong interpersonal skills. Bilingual or multilingual is an added advantage. should have a heightened sense of responsibility and commitment, as well as a desire and passion to go far beyond the boundaries of the job.
Responsibilities
Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
Show properties to potential buyers and renters.
Present purchase offers to sellers.
Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
Prepare loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction.
Maintain your real estate knowledge.
Qualifications and Skills
Note:
· Salary is on Commission Basis
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields.
Good knowledge of the properties and developments in Dubai.
A valid UAE driver's license is an advantage
Bilingu is an added advantage
Strong Interpersonal Skills.
· Familiarity with real estate contracts
· Ability to build rapport with clients
· Strong negotiation skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
