1. Responsible for providing the clients with advice and guidance on how best to obtain the required doentation to migrate internationally.
2. Handling client queries by phone, email, and during meetings.
3. Follow up with the clients through WhatsApp, Emails, and Calls as needed.
4. Able to build strong working relationships with existing and new clients.
5. Maintain and manage client data and privacy as per company policy and procedures.
6. Respond to incoming calls and emails properly.
7. Must have strong communication and negotiation skills
8. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the service.
9. Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings and conference telephone calls.
10. Knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
11. Good telephone etiquette, and verbal, and written communication skills.
