If you have hands on experience working with built in /freestanding kitchen appliances goods we want to hear from you.This role is looking for a Fields Service Engineer, that can carry out repairs and installation of our appliances. Duties are as follows:•Working with Service Co-Ordinator to troubleshooting aftercare service issues•Attending to new customer installation,•Must have experience of carrying our maintenance and service repair needs for all products in warranty and out of warranty for kitchen appliances•Completing Preventive Maintenance and Functional Management Inspections.•Ordering and managing repa parts cycle times.•Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.•Effectively communicate with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction.•Maintaining tools and test equipment properly and ensuring they are calibrated.•Provide support to end user customers onsite or remotely
You must have the following:UAE Driving license•Bachelor’s degree in engineering•Excellent problem solving skills and interpersonal skills.•Ability to handle pressure.•Must be able to multi task.•Knowledge of basic Excel &Word
