THE ROLE:
We are looking for a finance manager to join the team to lead on all things accounting and finance your day to day duties will include:
• Maintaining financial records
• Reconciling general and subsidiary bank accounts
• Maintaining and updating finance records whilst ensuring data integrity
• Complying with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements.
• Ongoing personal development to keep in the know of polices and legislation
• Determining the financial status and health of the organization
• Preparing and filing local compliance reporting as necessary
• Combining and reconciling the financial reports
• Credit control
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria:
• Batchelors degree or equivalent in finan related subject
• 3+ years experience in a similar role
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a supervisory role
• Proficient in Excel
• Ability to demonstrate key competencies as mentioned above in accounting.
• Strong communication skills. Both written and spoken, with the ability to deal with people on all levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant accounting software;
• Able to work well under pressure, meet tights deadlines and multi task
• Knowledge and experience of accounti principles, practices, and reporting;
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws regarding accounting, finances and taxation.
