5. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decision-making.
6. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies.
7. Provide recommendations for cost reductions and profit improvement
8. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
9. Continuously evaluate and improve financial systems and processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
2. Proficiency in Xero accounting Software
3. Minimum of 3-8 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting
4. Experience in a leadership or management role.
5. Experience in the same or related industry
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
9. Attention to detail and accuracy
10. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
