General Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to undertake all aspects of financial
management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and
forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:  Verify, analyze and report day to day financial and suggest process improvements
 Monitor GL daily for movements in Assets / Liabilities / Income / Expenditure
and report on irregularities.  Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
 Verify and provide profitability history to the senior management  Verify and report on drawdowns, settlements, deposits, variance analysis etc.  Suggest viable and proven methods for cost-controlling.  Prepare and validate the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
 Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
 Assist the senior management in all phases of project management: project planning,
implementation and monitoring results
 Prepare the Quarter Company growth and performance reviews.  Devel models to improve reporti process and cost.  Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
 Prepare and share the Customer profitability report with the senior management.  Support month-end and year-end close process
 Coordinate audit processes.  Manage and comply with government reporting requirements and tax filings.  Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and
strengthen internal controls.  Develop plans for financial growth.  Evaluate and manage risks.
 Support the senior management and HR functions in the performance management cycle.  Prepare any Ad-hoc reports as requested by the management.  Inter-departmental coordination to achieve common objectives.  Maintain confidentiality and safe custody of documen.
