- Session planning and delivery of fitness programmes.
- Re-evaluate programs and further refine programs when necessary.
- Energize and motivate clients and continuously monitor the exercise intensity throughout the duration of the classes.
- Motivate and inspire clients to achieve success through goal setting and consistent client follow-ups.
- Instruct and demonstrate to members on the proper use of equipment and exercise techniques.
- Ensure safety of participants in regards to heart rate and exercise technique.
- Communicate with Fitness Manager on member feedback, equipment and operational status, scheduling and subbing.
- Attend Weekly personal training related meetings
- Be courteous, engaging and friendly to all club members.
