Duties & Responsibilities:
· The primary duty of the Operations Executive is to coordinate all the necessary logistics that are associated with client’s request. The Operations Executive must have a strong knowledge of flight operations, overflight and landing permit requirements, airport curfews, over-flight exemptions, CIQ requirements, etc. The Operations Executive is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate communication between clients and service providers.
· Operations Executive assists in coordinating the day-to-day operations in accordance with JBS operations requirements. He or she actively participates in implementing company standards and procedures.
· Operations Executive must also work effectively with internal and external customers, as well as with peers and management, to provide efficient Flight support services to their customers.
Note: Operations Executives are required to be fully in line with current air rules and other governmental regulations in respect of obtaining Flight Permits.
Job Location: Dubai
Minimum Qualification / Experience
Required Degree equivalent certificate.
Minimum 01-02 years’ overall experience in Flight Support Services.
Knowledge
· Strong knowledge in aviation especially in relation to Flight Operations / Flight Dispatch and insight into industrial standards of Flight Support Services.
· Ability to shoulder responsibility and deal with all levels of operations staff in a firm and persuasive manner.
· Ability to interact / negotiate with Customers and Vendors.
· Ability to deal / communicate and write analytical and high-quality reports.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
