We have multiple opportunities in off-plan and secondary market. The ideal candidate should have experience in assisting clients to find their dream home, building relationships, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on property trends, pricing, and opportunities in Dubai
Build and maintain a strong network of potential buyers, sellers, and landlords
Provide expert advice to clients on property investment strategies, financing options, and legal requirements
Adhere to the Provident Estate marketing brand guidelines
Stay compliant with real estate laws and regulations in Dubai to ensuring all transactions are conducted professionally and legally
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and property listings
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Bachelor's degr years Diploma (Mandatory)
Real Estate Sales (Mandatory)
Must have work experience of 6 months to 1 year experience in Real Estate Industry in UAE
Proven track record in real estate sales or property consultation
Strong knowledge of Dubai's property market, including key areas and market dynamics
Excellent negotiation, persuasive communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and real estate databases
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a competitive environment
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Language known :
English and Hindi (must) & Urdu.

Working hours timing:
Monday to Friday- 10.00 a.m to 6.00 p.m
Only Saturday: 10.30 a.m to 5.00 p.m
Sunday: Off.
