Position Overview
As a Forex Relationship Offic, you will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships in the foreign exchange (forex) market. Your primary focus will be on call calling new prospects and convert them to new clients and providing excellent customer service, identifying client needs, promoting forex products and services, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will work closely with clients to understand their forex requirements and offer appropriate solutions while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
1.Sales and Business Development
-Promote forex products and services to new prospective clients through tele calling.
-Identify new prospects and develop strategies to expand the client base.
-Actively participate in client acquisition efforts, including lead generation, cold calling, and attending industry events and other marketing activities.
2.Relationship Management
-Build and maintain strong relationships with new, existing and potential forex clients.
-Regularly communicate with clients to understand their forex needs, preferences, and risk tolerance.
-Provide personalized guidance and advice to clients regarding forex trading strategies, market trends, and risk management.
-Promote the products and build confidence among the customers to invest.
3.Product Knowledge and Support
-Develop a deep understanding of forex products, trading platforms, and market dynamics.
-Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and economic events that may impact forex markets.
-Educate clients about the features, benefits, and risks associated with different forex products.
4.Compliance and Risk Management
-Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
-Conduct due diligence and risk assessments of clients to prevent fraudulent activities.
-Monitor client transactions, report suspicious activities, and adhere to anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines.
5.Customer Service and Issue Resolution
-Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
-Collaborate with internal departments, such as operations and compliance, to resolve client issues effectively.
-Strive to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
-1 or more years of experience in forex trading, new customer acquisition or relationship management.
-Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field is an advantage.
-Strong knowledge of forex markets, trading strategies, and risk management techniques.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
-Proficiency in using forex trading platforms and related software.
-Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the forex industry.
-Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
