Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate person or department.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Handle inquiries from clients, visitors, and employees courteously and efficiently.
Address customer concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate person when necessary.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Relay messages accurately and in a timely manner.
Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance.
Assist with coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements.

Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
