1. Guest Relations:
- Greet and welcome office visitors, including clients, sponsors, vendors, players, coaches, and other stakeholders with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage deliveries and office access
- Create welcoming front office environment
2. Phone and Email Communication:
- Manage and redirect incoming calls and emails to the appropriate departments or individuals, as needed.
- Respond promptly and effectively to inquiries and requests.
- Update CEO and BU leadership as needed
3. Administrative Support:
- Support BU CEO calendar and scheduling needs
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling mail.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area and ensure meeting rooms are prepared and set up as needed.
4. Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visitors and deliveries.
- Assist in maintaining databases and contact lists.
- Assist in vendor support, including security, cleaning, and utilities
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
- Proficient in using office software and equipment (e.g., Microsoft Office, phone systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Extremely professional in aen and execution
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Knowledge of baseball or sports in general is an advantage.
