We are looking for an Outstanding, Dynamic, and Dedicated Female Receptioni to join our team.
As the first person of contact for all new and recurring business, you will be responsible for setting the first impression and maintaining proper and professional communication with walk-in customers, real estate agents, property owners, vendors as well as management, staff and visitors.
You should be an active listener and key information source; promptly assisting management with up-to-date information and be a bridge between prospective clients and agents, along with operating the telephone switchboard.
Our ideal candidate for this position should have has bachelor or equivalent with strong administrative and organizational skills, exceptional
Interpersonal skills, a pleasant and professional personality. You should have experience in professional phone presentation and good communication skills. Reliability is a must for this position.
Experience we require:
•Drafting various doents and forms such as tenancy contracts, listings,
•Able to use Microsoft Office tools comfortably to generate receipts, invoices, quotation, excel reports, etc.,
•Draft professional Emails and WhatsApp communications
•Update Leads on CRM and property portals
•Receive Guests / Clients Agent Coordination / Developers for agency registration (getting properties directly from owner or agents)
•Managing leads, report and update Management.
•Maintaining Filing System / Record of client / transaction doents.
•Comfortable Multi-tasking and handle pressure
•must have excellent Computer skills and phone etiquette.
•Ability to handle stretched working hours
•Self Motivated and eager to learn and understand the business needs.
Responsibilities (included, but not limited to):
• Handling all telephone calls; managing inquiries and routing calls accordingly
• Taking accurate messages and relaying them promptly
• Keeping and updating a daily phone log
• Greeting all office visitors in a pleasant, professional and helpful manner
Job Type:

Experience:
• Receptionist / Administration in a Real Estate Organization: Min. 3 year
• Real estate Industry: 2 year (Preferred)
Qualifications:
•Minimum Bachelor degree
Skills/Requirements:
-Typing and Office Software skills
-Prior switchboard experience
-Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
-Strong customer service experience in relevant field
-Highly motivated with initiative
-Prior Real Estate experience
-English and Arabic languages with business level written and spoken proficiency
