Job Description

AR Investment Corp LLC, is looking for a quick-learner, vibrant, detailed and organized administrator, people management and technology adept, with great customer facing verbal and written communication skills.
Preferably speaking fluent English, with Arabic and /or Hindi as a major advantage.


Candidate Requirements

Phone and Email corresponding
Organizing meetings and managing databases
Booking travel, transportation and accommodation
Organizing company events or conferences
Ordering stationery and furniture
Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
Preparing letters, presentations and reports
Supervising and monitoring the work of sub-contractual staff
Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
Implementing and maintaining procedur administrative systems
Organizing induction programs for new employees
Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
Using a range of software packages
Attending meetings with senior management
Assisting the organization’s various teams with their departmental requirements
Updating of online communications
Liaising with technical teams on office requirements
