* Analyze CAD Drawing, Layout and other doents related to an enquiry.
* Preparing Quotation, Product presentation, Specification sheets and basic space
planning on CAD.
* Upon being assigned by Sales Team on a Tend and after receiving a copy of
the Tend Doents the Estimator will Study all Tend doents
including all revisions, circulars, addendums etc.
* Preparation of BOQ as per tender doents / layout from client.
* Upon receiving quotations from Suppliers / Subcontractors, make a comparative
analysis between these offers, ensuring that all relevant items of work are considered,
state any deviation from specifications.
* Attend technical meetings along with sales team to gather project information.
* Coordinate with the client on all questions or clarifications during the bidding process.
* Work as part of team to deliver great and profitable projects.
* Other estimating duties as required.
