We are looking for a talented and committed individual to join our Finance Team.
Main Responsibilities:
• Petty Cash and Cheques custodian
• Process invoices for payment
• Prepare monthly cash forecast
• Process employees expense report
• Collaborate with CBS Finance for monthly netting payment
• Knowledge of VAT preparation in UAE
• Assist during yearly Statutory audits and periodic VAT tax audits
• Assist in preparation of FTCQ reporting
• Support on monthly financial closing
• Support during Budget and LE preparation
• Preparing and posting journals
• Prepare monthly GL reconciliation
• Perform SOX compliance testing
• Record keeping of local contracts, LC, and other relevant business documents
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of extensive experience in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of Ms Office applications, particularly in MS Excel
• Should have SAP experience
• Strong analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills
