Job Role Summary: General Assistant - There are two distinct areas in the duties of
General Assistant – Operating the café and maintaining a high standard of Cleaning in all the
Clubs. Cleaners are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Club in which they
work by performing various duties. Duties and club location may change throughout the
Cleaner’s employment. You must report to work each day and on time and work extra hours
when needed. You must comply with proper safety policies and procedures as required (i.e.
when using cleaning chemicals, reporting incidents etc). Provide excellent Customer Service
to all the Members and be flexible at all times. You will work between all the clubs in the
group.
SCOPE OF WORK: (Full Training given in all areas)
General Cleaning
Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the areas allocated for cleaning, i.e. Swimming
Pool surrounds, Health Club and Equipment, Gym and Public Areas.
Reporting to the supervisor any incident or accident.
Reporting to the supervisor of the area concerned any maintenance requirements
such as light bulb replacements, leaking wash basins etc.
Assist in all other areas if required.
Catering (Café)
Taking the membe order at the Café.
Preparing the order and serving with a high standard of customer service.
Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the area at all times.
Controlling the stock.
Reporting any stock discrepancies
Reporting any maintenance requirements for the Café.
Other areas
After training, deputizing for the FOH Receptionist.
Assisting in all other areas as required.
Salary
A monthly salary of Aed 1,350
Includes bachelour accommodation + water & electricity allowance
All other benefits as per the UAE labour law
