The position’s holder duties will include, but not limited to executing a strategy to generate business through local relationships, networking and develop a portfolio of key accounts to produce revenue for the market and the entire network. Meet or exceed given sales and revenue targets, client calls and client meeting levels; ensure maximum conversion of all products by using proven sales methods, resulting in increased profitability.; develop good local and territory knowledge with particular attention on competition, target companies and industry segments; communicate with all areas of the business to ensure seamless sales and service; plan sto requirements to meet the budgeted sales.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Devise and implement sales strategies and promotions, pricing & discounting policies etc.
• Prepare and coordinate monthly, quarterly and yearly budgets for the sales department.
• Manage all sales aspects of company business such as physical distributions, product and development distribution.
• Initiate and follow up sales leads, qualify potential accounts, manage, negotiate, and close sales opportunities.
• Ensure proper assessme of the sales performance and motivation of the sales team.
• Meet a exceed annual sales quota including commission earnings.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports on sales performance, market analysis, competition activities, market trends, etc .
• Monitor daily market visits of the sales team and make sure those customers concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
• Recruit, Apprise, train, coach, mentor, and supervise sales team.
• Performs any other duties as assigned by management.
