Duties and Responsibilities:
•Sales and purchase agreement preparation.
•Manages and supervises the sales team.
•Independently handles the property development division.
•Strategic planning to maximise and enhance the financial and operational performance of the Portfolio.
•Implements risk minimization tactics to secure optimum economic and financial returns.
•Evaluates market sectors in terms of emerging opportunities.
•Monitors mark trends.
•Defines and reviews project goals and constraints.
•Develops strategic management plans for further review.
•Defines and evaluates best use options for properties.
•Conducts preliminary feasibilities and financial analysis on preferred end use options.
•Liaises with management to recommend appropriate procurement options and financial risks associated with each option.
•Develops design briefs with external consultants.
•Liaises with real estate agen tenants.
•Arranges site audits.
•In depth knowledge of property development and management’s rules and regulations in Dubai.
Qualifications:
•Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in managing property.
•Sense of ownership.
•Ability to see around corners.
•Ability to collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and a complex problem solver.
•Full capability to analyse and interpret financial reports including technical & legal doents.
•Excellent people skills and effective in managing medium – large teams.
•Good business development and negotiation skills; wide real estate network an advantage.
•Good communication skills when working with multi-cultural clients.
