Role Purpose
To Lead and direct all Mitsubishi sales and marketing strategies and Operational by adhering to the company mission, vision and values as well as drive criteria’s in focus.
Improve our Market Share and net profit margin; through planning, developing, Diversifying all sales and marketing channels by executing, implementing & Formulating the overall capacity of sales and marketing to insure that sales & Marketing operations are monitor as Standard Operating Procedures.
Responsible for the achievement of Mitsubishi sales & marketing goals by directing sales and marketing teams to achieve targets as required by Management. Responsible for supporting Branch Managers in Sales performance.
Key Activities & Responsibilities
- Assume the responsibility for contributing to the achievement of revenue, profit, unit sales and customer satisfaction through effective sales process management, increase customer retention and efficient distribution plans Kingdom wise.
- Insure achievements are pre-determined by defining and preparing business plans to meet operational targets that determined by Management.
- Recommend incentive schemes and ensure implementation of the selected schemes across the network to maintain team’s commitment in delivering results.
- Monitor the performance of Sales and marketing team vs. targets and standards and work with managers to take corrective measures as necessary.
- Ensure that sales and marketing activities are carried out as per the company’s policies and procedures through effective communication and monitoring.
- Plan Sales and marketing operational budgets and cascade need to know information through regular management meetings and communication tools to ensure the branches’ performance are aligned with set parameters.
- Lead and collaborate cross-functional teams within sales and marketing division by operational performance audit to facilitate annual revenue achievement.
- Liaise with other departments’ heads to assist and support the implementation of Campaigns through active participation of undertakings teams.
- Manage high level customer escalations or issues arising out of transactional situations by promoting Customer first philosophy to ensure CSI is met.
- Conduct individual Performance review discussion with the subordinates, whenever applicable, to establish individual development and Performance Review Awareness.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate marketing achievements by promoting activities as well as adjustments to business needs & sales strategies to achieve set targets.
- Responsible to evaluate the performance of the sales operations through enhancing and re-allocating resources to improve overall results, in conjunction with channels managers.
