JOB DESCRIPTION
Administrative Work
* Will do basic editing with document files such as Word, Excel and PDF.
* Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
* Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
* Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
* Supports team by performing tasks related to organization.
* Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
* Provides information by answering questions and requests.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Marketi Work
* Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software such as Adobe Graphic Suites.
* Can manage and coordinate graphic design projects from concept through completion.
* Create and conduct highly persuasive sales and marketing presentations.
* Works directly with senior managers to review artwork, text, and other materials submitted for inclusion in assigned documents.
* Provide creative ideas for content marketing and updating emails and websites.
* Prepare designs for company letterhead, logos and other document requirements.
IT Support Work
* Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, printers, and scanners
* Monitoring and configuring technical problems of company emails and websites
* Assisting everyone for technical issues with their pc.

Technical Skills applicant should have:
1. Must know MS Office suite ( Word, Excel, Powerpoint,Outlook, etc.)
2. Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suites ( ex.Photoshop, Illustrator and PDF)
