Job Description

We seek an experienced self-motivated and results-driven candidate with excellent financial, operational, organizational, and analytical skills to lead our group of companies from a financial, operational, and managerial perspective.
For a Group of companies operating in the General Transport, Vehicle & Equipment Rental, Vehicle & Equipment Repair & Service, General Trading, Construction, and Real Estate industry.


Candidate Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

Managerial Responsibilities
Working well with the Found Director to develop the strategic plan.
Report to the Found Director and keep him informed.
Work with the Founder and the team members to determine values and plan for short and long-term goals.
Act as the primary spokesperson for the group.
Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
Develop, implement, and manage a strategic plan, operational policies, procedures, budgeting, forecasting, fiscal activity, auditing, and reporting
Head the strategy to steer the company’s future in a positive direction and implement better business practices.
Delegating responsibilities to ensure staff members grow as capable participants.
Evaluating performance and productivity.

Operational Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the day-to-day operation of the group.
Driving the company’s operating capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction and retention, and company goals.
Helping with recruiting new staff members when necessary and ensuring great hiring.
Employing various initiatives to coach employees to optimize their capabilities.
Training low-level managers and staff.
Create an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale.
Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking, and reports.

Financial Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and execute financial tasks and projects of the organization.
Make estimates of funds required for the short and long-term financial objectives of the organization.
Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecasts.
Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Achieve a proper mix of equity and debt to minimize cost and maximize operational profit.
Strategize on fund procurement through banks and other financial institutions.
Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization.
Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments.
Understand and calculate the risks involved in the financial activities of the organization.
Identifying and addressing financial risks and opportunities for the company.
Reviewing the group’s financial situation to reduce / control costs and increase revenue.


















Education Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in business with concentration in finance a accounting
Master’s degree in finance, accounting, a an MBA
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license (essential)

Experience Qualification
10 years of relevant industry experience in (Construction, General Transport, General Trading, and Real Estate).
Experience in managing a complex enterprise's financials, operations, human resources, and strategies.
Experience with budget management, public accounting, and cash flow.
Experience in a senior management position.
Experience working with staff on all levels.
Experience with VAT Laws in UAE
Experience with corporate governance.
Strong financial and accounting background, including an understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management, and general finance and budgeting.
Understanding of human resources and personnel management.
