A Guest Service Agent is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all guests in person or otherwise, maintaining daily operations in the front office and selling hotel stays and packages. will maintain and promote excellence in hospitality and customer service at all times by welcoming and servicing guests in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner and providing outstanding guest service during their st.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Review arrival lists to welcome guests
Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote services
Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages)
Address customer complaints and escalate to Guest Relations Manager when needed
Record information in the logbook daily
Ensure compliance with health and quality standards including tracking checking & check out cleaning & maintenance services
Settling the guest’s account
General concierge duties
Assisting all guests via phone, email or in person
QUALIFICATIONS:
Accredited diploma or degree holder
1-2 years experienced in the same field

SALARY: AED 4,000/- per month
