ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To efficiently manage the complete warehouse in terms of proper receipt, storage and issues, deliveries, manpower management, up-keeping of warehouse, stock control and timely logistic management.
• To maintain proper records, ensure correct and timely data entry status of all the transactions on a daily basis.
• To maintain bin wi wise stock status at all times.
• To conduct perpetual and periodical physical stock taking compare with the system stock, find reasons of variations, and submit reports to the Management and advise steps to take for corrective action where necessary.
• To ensure nil variations between book system stock and physical stock and submit reports.
• To maintain proper level of inventories at all times according to agreed m levels and advise the correct party (ies) of any shortfall of materials.
• To ensure smooth functioning of the warehouse and control goods at all times via WMS system.
• To ensure all objectives mutually agreed upon and approved by the Management are attained on time according to Action Plan for the year.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Male; 28-35 years old, Bahraini national
• Master's Degree in Logisti and material Management or a related field.
• With strong interpretation and analytical skills.
• Excellent accuracy and attention to details
• Understands advanced product quality planning, Kaizen, and Lean manufacturing, WMS systems.
• With ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with the team and managers.
• With training in fire and safety requirements and regular drills.
• Efficient in the use of computer applications
