Job Description

We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our office and providing administrative support to various departments. Your excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks will contribute to the efficient functioning of our office.

Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and doent management.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit doents, presentations, and correspondence.
Assist with organizing and coordinating company events or meetings.
Manage office supplies and place orders as needed.
Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as expense reports and invoicing.
Perform research and compile information as requested.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Handle other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
Professional and courteous demeanor.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent. Further education is a bonus.
