We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented CCTV Operator to join our security team. As a CCTV Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and operating our closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems to ensure the safety and security of our premises. Your strong observation skills, attention to detail, and ability to respond effectively to incidents will contribute to maintaining a secure environment.
Previous experience as a CCTV Operator or in a related security role is preferred but not required.
Strong observation and surveillance skills.
Ability to stay focused and attentive during long monitoring periods.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Basic understanding of security systems and technology.
Ability to handle stressful situations and emergencies calmly.
Proficiency in using security equipment and software.
High school diploma or equivalent. Additional training in security is a plus.
