Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Client Representation:

Create appealing property listings with professional photography and descriptions.
Property Search (For Buyer's Agents):

Arrange property showings and accompany clients during viewings.
Negotiation:
Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contract terms on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
Provide advice on pricing strategies and negotiation tactics.
Contracts and Doentation:
Prepare, review, and explain real estate contracts, purchase agreements, and other legal doents.
Ensure all necessary paperwork is accurate and submitted on time.
Transaction Management:

Client Communication:
