Responsibilities:
-Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a courteous and friendly manner.

-Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
-Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
-Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
-Provide administrative support, including data entry and filing.
-Assist with basic office tasks, such as photocopying and scanning.
-Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
-Uphold company policies and procedures at the front desk.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Professional and well-groomed appearance.
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Positive and customer-focused attitude.
-Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
-Ability to handle phone calls and inquiries with professionalism.
