Responsibilities:
Hotels Assistant Contracting - The applicant should be fluent in Russian.
Review hotel contracts and promotions to understand the terms, conditions, and specific details, Analyse contracts meet with partners and negotiate best conditions & rates for company.
Responsible to ensure correct uploading of hotel rates & promotions in system.
Ensure all hotel contracts validation season wise and responsible to monitor daily promotions expiry and approach hotels for new offers & rooms allocation.
Ensure that all contract details, rates, dates, expiry, renewal terms are entered correctly.
Maintain hotel rates, daily promotions integrity by cross-referencing all details with the provided doents.
Perform regular quality checks to verify the accuracy of uploaded contracts & promotions.
Responsible to attend all hotels meetings along with supervision of Contract Manager and always keep in close contact with hotels.
Responsible to arrange daily meetings with hotel to make sure better rates assurance.
Responsible to assist Contract Manger closely and submit daily contracts & offers reports.
Stay up-to-date with changes in contract terms, rates, and any amendments.
Update the system promptly with any changes or modifications to existing contracts.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Prior experience in any reputed Tour Operator or DMC, contract management, roles is advantageous.
Proficiency in using computer systems, databases, and office software.
Excellent communication skills, in Russian & English both written and verbal.
Organizational skills to manage multiple contracts and deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with the hospitality industry and contract terminology is a plus.
Russian speaking mandatory for this position.
