Hoste responsibilities include greeting guests, providing accurate wait times, and escorting customers to the dining area. For this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive till their departure. You should also be available to work in shifts. Ultimately, you’ll ensure we provide excellent customer service and a pleasant dining experience to our guests.

● Proven work experience as a Hostess / Waitress.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
● Attentiveness and patience for customers.
● Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
● Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
● Flexibility to work in shifts.
● Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift.
● A high school diploma; hospitality certification and food safety training are a plus
