Operational Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, and other departments.
Ensure all hotel policies, procedures, and standards are consistently followed.
Guest Satisfaction:
Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by addressing and resolving any guest complaints or issues promptly.
Personally welcome VIP guests and ensure their needs are met.
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff to ensure they provide excellent service.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to staff.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage the hotel’s budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
Monitor and control expenses, and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
Marketing and Sales:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new guests and retain existing ones.
Collaborate with the sales team to promote the hotel and increase bookings.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure the hotel complies with all health and safety regulations and licensing laws.
Conduct regular safety inspections and address any issues promptly.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement long-term strategies to enhance the hotel’s reputation and profitability.
Stay updated with industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office.
