The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the Hotel and overall operation with special attention to the financial & quality results and at the same time ensuring high employee productivity level and employee working environment satisfaction
Responsible for the overall management of the operation of the Hotel
Coordinate and communicate with all hotel departments
Control operational costs without affecting the overall quality of service offered
Supervise & monitor Quality systems (ISO-HACCP-Environmental-Health & Safety)
Coordinate and supervise all Standard Operating Procedures to be followed, reassure highest level of quality and customer service
Provide timely and constructive feedback to all direct reports as and when required
Maintain a high level of knowledge which affects the Guest experience
Respond to guest needs and resolve related problems
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in the Hospitali industry
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in similar position within the industry
Articulate verbal and written communication skills
Computer literate (MS Office)
Experienced with book management systems
Understands how to set rates on Booking.com and Expedia.com
Good knowledge of English language. Additional language will be considered an advantage
Excellent communicational & organizational skills, interpersonal relationship with customers and the team
Self-motivated, punctual, energetic and able to work under pressure and within time limits
